This customer needed access to a sailboat on the San
Francisco Bay. Poor soil conditions and seismic (earthquake)
conditions required extra efforts to ensure structural
stability. We worked with a local contractor who screwed
helical anchor points into the hillside to a depth
of 40 feet,
and
we mounted
the
system
on a concrete continuous grade-beam.
